You start by scheduling an Initial Consultation, which will include a private appointment with a certified Pilates instructor which includes stretching, exercising, and using the equipmentThe purpose of the first of the appointments is to determine the fitness and flexibility levels and identify any physical limitations or injuries you may have.
With over 500 Pilates exercises to choose from, your instructor will then design a program specifically for you. Then on your next visit you will begin to learn the appropriate exercises for your level of fitness.
After attending your Initial Consultation appointment your instructor will suggest either continuing privately if you need more one on one training or joining a duet (2 clients only to one instructor) or floor exercises( up to 4 clients to one instructor) for your next session.
